NHL-MGG On-line Purchasing and Pre-ordering Procedure
- Collectors may purchase or pre-order any jersey that appears on the website. Only jerseys that are in stock are available to be purchased. Only jerseys that have been worn at least once in an NHL game, and are currently being worn in NHL play, will be posted on the website and available for pre-order.
- To pre-order a jersey, collectors will be required to place a 25% deposit with a valid credit card. The balance is due, and the credit card balance will be automatically processed, when the jersey is received by NHL-MGG. All jerseys will ship within 7 days of final payment. If collectors wish to pay in full with check or money order, money must be received no later than 7 days before jersey will be available.
- Collectors who pre-order a specific jersey may also request, "best game use preferred." In this case, if more than one jersey of a player is available when jerseys arrive in stock, collector will have choice of best game use.
- Collectors may request jersey description when jerseys arrive before close of sale.
- Satisfaction is guaranteed, and refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given as long as jerseys are returned within 7 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- For pre-orders, deposits will be returned in full within 7 days if collectors decline to purchase jersey.
- Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable unless an error has been made by NHL-MGG.
NHL-MGG Layaway Policy
- Layaways are permitted for any purchased or pre-ordered jerseys, but pre-ordered jerseys must be paid in full no later than 7 days before jersey is available for delivery.
- Layaways are permitted on any in-stock item. Layaway terms are as follows: Jerseys priced under $1,000, 33 percent down and 60-day maximum layaway. Jerseys priced over $1,000, 25 percent down and 90-day maximum layaway. Credit cards or post-dated checks only on all layaway payments. No refunds on returned layaway items. Exchanges only.
- Delinquent layaways will be handled as follows: Once payment is 30 days overdue, item will be re-marketed. When jersey sells, payments made will be refunded minus 5 percent of the full retail price.
